          Is your team giving TNK or thinking about moving towards utilizing TNK as your primary Thrombolytic? I would love to hear your experiences and thoughts.

            A few hospitals are now considering the use of Tenecteplase (TNK).   If you are already using instead of alteplase, what has your experience been?

            TeleSpecialists Position Statement 

            TeleSpecialists endorses the use of Tenecteplase for facilities in which Tenecteplase is listed in a formal policy statement as front line agent of choice for treatment of acute ischemic stroke and that alteplase is not immediately and regularly available as an alternative
